Pay Range: $75,712.00 - $98,945.60 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop, maintain and optimize dashboards and reports related to throughput, capacity, bed management, and nursing resource utilization Provide real time and retrospective data to support operational decision making Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across reporting platforms Support initiatives aimed at reducing length of stay, ED boarding, and delays in patient throughput Monitor performance against key throughput metrics and organizational goals Analyze bed utilization, turnover times, and placement patterns across the health system Collaborate with logistics and environmental services to evaluate operational efficiency impacting bed availability Support centralized nursing operations through data analysis Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for operational leaders Support performance improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis and outcome tracking Performs other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, data analytics, statistics, or related field required Experience: Three' experience in healthcare analytics and operational data analysis. Experience working with hospital operations, patient flow, or staffing data strongly preferred Other Credentials: Knowledge and Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools and data management platforms. Advanced skills in Excel and/or SQL; experience with EHR systems preferred. Knowledge in lean, six sigma or other process improvement techniques preferred.
