Business Unit overview: The London Market Claims Team wants to be recognised as the most customer focused, nimble and value-adding claims team in the market. We know it's ambitious, but we also know it's in our power to achieve it. The Marine, Energy and Casualty claims team form part of this wider team and cover numerous classes of business in a global capacity. Whilst there are a number of smaller teams within this division, we work together, united with our underwriting colleagues, to bring together our wide-ranging blend of skills and knowledge to provide consistently excellent service to our brokers and insureds alike. Whilst we are always looking for better and faster ways to deal with claims, we also understand the value of doing simple things well. We are true to our word, every time.
