The Senior Designer owns the day-to-day output of the corporate brand: social imagery and video, presentation decks, website updates, thought leadership content, conference collateral, internal initiatives and branded merchandise. The work runs on taste and precision, with an exacting eye for detail across every surface. Digital fluency is required. Beyond daily output, the role co-owns how Material's Design Language System gets operationalized: building, maintaining and applying a brand token system engineered for machine readability, so people across the business can prototype and produce on-brand work with AI tools at speed, without senior cleanup at the end. The right person is a tastemaker and steward of the brand, a thought partner on campaign work and a fast, self-directed designer for whatever the brand needs week to week.
