Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Minimum Education: A minimum of a master's degree is required. Graduate level course work must be related to school psychology practice. Coursework must include a course in foundations of special education and disabilities. AND Specialized Experience: Must have completed a minimum of 1,200 clock hours in a school psychology internship. School Psychologists who hold a current and valid National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) will have met these requirements. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education Consultation, Coaching and Collaboration Incident Management Needs/Occupational Analysis Partnering Psychology Staff and Faculty Development
