Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement, particularly with Sales teams, ensuring expectations around timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are clearly communicated and met.
- Ensure all events are delivered in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and inducement requirements.
- Support the delivery of global events across multiple time zones, including occasional out-of-hours working, international travel, and the coordination of virtual events and webcasts.
- Additional Responsibilities Coordinate guest list management, including managing late changes and updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for client, supplier, and venue queries.
- Prepare and organise event materials, including delegate packs, running sheets, and briefing notes for internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Manage event agendas and on-the-day logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate submission of Fund Manager biographies, company profiles, presentation synopses, and learning objectives in line with compliance procedures.
- Support presentation coordination where required.
- Organise event collateral, exhibition stands, branded materials, giveaways, and equipment hire.

- Desired Skills / Experience Proven experience in a similar Events Manager role, ideally within financial services or asset management.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relating to corporate hospitality, gifts, and client attendance recording.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional and multi-cultural teams in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK and European venues, suppliers, and AV providers.
