Roles & Responsibilities: Support AOI-Packing Machine, tooling, and automation (robot). Diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software Implement continual improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair work on equipment. Highly motivated individual capable of working independently. Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issue. Ability to work under high pressure. Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc. Understand automation (robotic) and programming.
