Understand the Michael Kors product lifecycle process for all categories of business (Accessories, Apparel, Footwear) and provide support to the business community
Perform administrative tasks such as user logins, view setup and light configuration
Help establish system best practices and governance
Troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with Vendor, IT, and business.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate back to PLM, Vendor or IT teams. This includes documentation such as business requirements documents, technical documents, and process maps
Create and execute test scripts for internal testing and user acceptance testing for any deployments such as projects, change requests, bugs, etc.
Support business in process mappings and aligning system and business processes
Create and maintain training documentation and provide system training for internal and external end users across multiple time zones
Proactively identify areas of improvement and log enhancements with vendors
Support change management, system maintenance activities and deployments including off hours deployments, upgrades, or testing
Hands on experience with PLM (experience with Centric Software a plus)
Understanding of product lifecycle for Apparel, Footwear, and/or Accessories
Critical thinking, problem solving, organizational skills
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
Ability to work in NYC office 3 days a week
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation Range:
85,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD
