We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and quality of telecom services across our network infrastructure. You will also drive active service probing and test automation initiatives to proactively detect issues and improve customer experience.
Your daily routine would include:
Monitor end-to-end network and service performance across mobile and fixed networks (2G/3G/4G/5G, IP, VoIP, etc.).
Ensure proactive service assurance through monitoring tools, probing systems, and automation.
Detect, analyze, and resolve service issues and network incidents in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes to avoid recurrence.
Collaborate with NOC, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
Maintain and improve service assurance platforms (fault, performance, probing, and service monitoring systems).
Generate reports and KPIs related to service performance, availability, and customer experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, especially in test automation and service validation.
We'll know you can make it if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in telecom service assurance, network operations, or support roles.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies (LTE/5G, IMS/VoLTE, IP networks).
Hands-on experience with monitoring and service probing tools.
Experience in test automation, scripting, or service validation frameworks.
Knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, Diameter, SS7.
Experience with troubleshooting complex network/service issues.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
