Design product across Lot 700, Ribcage, Cinch, and related fit families, alongside Denim Dressing categories including dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, and denim tops. Develop seasonal concepts, sketches, and presentation materials that communicate design intent. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to problem‑solve fit, fabrication, construction, and finish challenges. Use Levi's archive access and innovation lab prototyping resources to explore ideas, test finishes, and refine product quickly. Work fluidly in a fast‑moving environment, adapting designs in response to testing and feedback Provide guidance to the Assistant Designer, contributing to a collaborative and engaged design team. About You 5+ years of experience designing women's bottoms, denim, or related apparel categories. Knowledge of denim construction, fabrications, washes, hardware, trims, and bills of material. Design approach grounded in craft, fit, and detail, paired with curiosity about modern silhouettes and styling. Comfort designing within commercial and operational constraints while still introducing newness. Interest in how products are developed end‑to‑end, from concept through production. Fluency in Illustrator and experience working in PLM environments. Engagement with fashion, denim, and cultural trends across premium, contemporary, and mass markets. Enthusiasm for denim as a material and for the process of refining product through iteration. This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $135,300 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
