Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
Support the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Perform royalty accounting, including calculation, recording, and reporting of royalty-related transactions.
Manage escrow accounting activities and maintain related schedules and reconciliations.
Process accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and U.S. GAAP.
Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice verification, approvals, and payment processing.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare reports and schedules required for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance operations/Fresher from good college/University.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP (UGAAP) is preferred.
Experience with royalty and escrow accounting is an advantage.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
