ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Core Strategy, Deal Valuations, Performance Reporting, and Program Management Leads deal analytics, performance reporting, and cross-functional project initiatives. Builds and owns financial models to measure unit economics and deal-level returns, monitoring to stay on top of performance trends. Defines segmentation specific to each Flow Lending partner to drive deeper understanding of profitability dynamics and feeding insights back into the strategy. Monitors and analyzes performance trends, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Works closely with finance, strategy, compliance and senior management to align analytical efforts with business objectives and strategic goals Evaluates new Flow Lending opportunities as they arise, analyzing loan tapes, understanding the partner's strengths and weaknesses, and forming a point of view on the potential for the partnership. Engages with Flow Lending partners to drive actions that lead to better outcomes for both sides of the partnership. Analyzes credit policies such as approve/decline criteria, loan amounts, and pricing. Compliance with Laws and Regulations Responsible for complying with all of the Bank's internal control policies and procedures. Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject. Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by senior management. Maintain ethical standards, judgment, and confidentiality in all matters. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Math, or Sciences) is required. Three (3) years of experience using data-driven analysis to inform business or product strategy. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills. Proficiency with SQL or a scripting language (e.g., Python, R). Comfort working hands-on with large analytical datasets to perform complex analyses. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams. Previous experience in consumer financial services or fintech industries, particularly with lending products. Experience with credit policy and/or pricing strategies. Ability to work through unconventional problems to identify issues and provide resolutions.
