Assisting in solving problems involving variables, evaluating administrative functions, and preparing recommendations and narrative/data reports. Assisting with developing new or modified administrative program work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective services to customers. Making recommendations and perform in a productive manner that results in cost savings and improves the efficiency of the organization Obtaining knowledge of confidential and sensitive information, coordinating meetings and drafting correspondences, and communicating both orally and in writing Education Substitution: A Ph.D. or an equivalent doctoral degree, three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M. degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for experience required at this level.
