What your typical day will look like: As an Executive, Media Planning (OOH) , you will support the planning and execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) campaigns across a variety of client accounts. Working closely with senior team members, media owners, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client objectives. You will be involved in campaign planning, site recommendations, media bookings, reporting, and coordination with media owners, while gaining exposure to Malaysia's OOH landscape and industry best practices. Core responsibilities include: Support the planning and execution of OOH and DOOH campaigns, including media bookings, campaign tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with media owners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed timelines and requirements. Assist in preparing media plans, proposals, post-campaign reports, and other client-facing documents. Maintain accurate campaign records, site inventories, and booking documentation to support smooth campaign delivery. Monitor campaign progress and escalate issues where necessary to ensure timely resolution. Build and maintain positive working relationships with media owners and partners while staying updated on available inventory and market developments. A bit about you: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Passionate individual with an outgoing personality, creative thinking and innovation mindset. Strong interest in media planning, advertising, and the Out-of-Home (OOH) media landscape. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
