Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Manage PBG's Project Management Office, support the transformation to a Digital Savvy Bank, through leveraging the well-established inMotion Platform - Support Head of PBG Office to perform strategic planning, analysis, communication and presentation. - Design and establish PBG Project Management Governance Framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines - Champion the Bank's Agile Culture Transformation (ACT) program - build the culture and capability to support continuous process improvement within the Bank by acting as an effective agent of change and role model - Fosters an extensive and diverse internal network to exchange ideas focused on achieving long-term business objectives; and act as a facilitator to create win-win situation.
