Responsibilities
- Using an Employee Feedback Strategy roadmap, lead the end-to-end execution of the annual engagement survey and ongoing pulse surveys.
- Design, implement, and maintain other "moments that matter" surveys such as onboarding, stay interviews, exit interviews, etc.
- Contribute to and evolve DAA's enterprise recognition strategy, incorporating best practices and benchmarking.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and effectiveness, track and report on key metrics, and translate complex spreadsheets into compelling narratives and stakeholder-ready insights.
- Manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
- Build excitement and engagement around company initiatives through communication, training and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Sr. Director, Development & Culture and other stakeholders to plan and execute company-wide events/culture initiatives to align with people-centered management principles (United Way Campaign, large panels and meetings, Daikin Days, etc.)
- Develop and deploy processes, resources, and tools for the organization and the Development & Culture team to support awareness, efficiency, and scalability (Examples could include SharePoint site creation, how-to resources, nomination selection processes, etc.).
- Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to execute organization-wide initiatives
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and turn it into insights and recommendations
- Strong MS Office skills for development of processes, presentations, online resources
- Superior collaboration ability to partner with key stakeholders (HR business partners, leaders, HR Plant Operations, etc.)
- 10% travel required
Requirements
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
- Masters degree
- Strong proficiency in Workday specifically regarding organizational structures and worker data.
- Proficient in SharePoint, PowerBI
