Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs.
• Track and report key metrics to stakeholders, especially in Finance/Reporting contexts.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant standards.
• Support cross-functional teams in the Life Sciences domain.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with FDA/Compliance standards and documentation practices.
• Experience in Finance/Reporting workflows and tools.
• Background or exposure to Life Sciences industry projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

Requirements

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• Understanding of GxP, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
