Job Description The Operations Analyst is responsible for driving meaningful change in the business by performing thoughtful analyses of our operational processes, generating creative strategic initiatives, and support for compensation programs within the organization. This role combines analytical skills with administrative responsibilities to ensure that compensation and commission plans are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and operational needs Your Focus: Administer the sales compensation process, including calculating, validating, and processing monthly and quarterly commission payouts in accordance with approved compensation plans. Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Xactly, and Workday by reconciling commission, employee, and sales data, and partnering with Human Resources to ensure accurate system setup and maintenance. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operations teams to establish and distribute sales quotas, support annual compensation plan rollouts, and contribute to plan design, system configuration, training, and process documentation. Generate, analyze, and present reports on commissions, sales performance, forecasting, pricing, margins, and other key operational metrics to support business decision-making. Provide operational support to Worldwide Sales & Services, including analysis of bookings, order processing, selling trends, and business performance. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Consulting, HR, Finance, and Operations to drive operational excellence and support key business priorities.
