Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role
Foundational knowledge (from beginner to intermediate) in: Data analysis and statistics
Programming (Python, R, or similar)
SQL or data querying
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver accurate work on time and follow coding and data standards
Clear communication skills with the ability to provide updates, raise blockers, and document work effectively
Experience working in collaborative team environments and participating in team discussions
Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously improve

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Exposure to machine learning concepts or data science workflows
Familiarity with business domains such as customer success, fraud prevention, or analytics-driven decision-making
