We are looking for someone who understands how to navigate premium client relationships, develop trust over long sales cycles, and translate ambitious creative ideas into structured commercial agreements. Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic B2B partnerships across luxury, automotive, fashion, hospitality, technology, publishing, and cultural sectors Build relationships with senior decision makers, marketing executives, creative directors, and brand leadership teams Translate abstract creative concepts into structured proposals, scopes of work, and commercial frameworks Guide clients through complex, high-touch creative projects from first conversation through execution Collaborate closely with internal editorial, design, production, and operations teams Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, budgets, and partnership documentation Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision Maintain exceptional attention to detail and communication throughout long-term project cycles Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with ERG Media's positioning and values Represent ERG Media externally with professionalism, sophistication, and cultural awareness Requirements 5+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, luxury brand collaborations, creative agencies, editorial partnerships, or related fields Strong understanding of luxury culture, premium storytelling, branding, and high-end client expectations Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Strong commercial instincts combined with refined aesthetic judgment Ability to manage fluid creative discussions while bringing structure and clarity to the commercial process Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles Highly organized, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Comfortable operating in fast-moving creative environments International perspective and cultural fluency Existing network within luxury, automotive, fashion, hospitality, design, publishing, or cultural industries is a plus Fluent English required Italian is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work on globally recognized creative and publishing projects Direct collaboration with ERG Media leadership and international clients A highly creative, entrepreneurial, and culturally driven work environment International travel opportunities Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible working structure
