Deep knowledge of process engineering principles, plant automation, and control functions across WtX, RG, PtX, or Carbon Capture technologies, combined with a solid understanding of Functional Safety Life Cycles and Risk Assessment methods (HAZID, HAZOP, ATEX). Proven ability to lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, resolve complex engineering problems using systematic approaches, and collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams. Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g. Aspen, COMOS, document management systems) and good MS Office skills; strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively across concurrent workstreams. Fluent in English (spoken and written); willingness to travel to site or suppliers up to 10% of the time; installation and commissioning experience is a distinct advantage.
