Manage and execute follow-up communications with customers, prospects, and event attendees
Support marketing campaigns related to TSC rollout (email, LinkedIn, outreach)
Maintain and update data in Salesforce and ClickUp to ensure accuracy and visibility
Assist in coordinating webinars, demos, and events (including invitations and reminders)
Track engagement, responses, and attendance across outreach efforts
Help ensure no leads, invites, or customer touchpoints fall through the cracks
Assist with light content creation (emails, messaging, outreach templates)
Support the team with administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or project management tools (ClickUp) is a plus
Interest in SaaS, technology, or cloud-based platforms is preferred

The Marketing Intern will support the execution of marketing and customer engagement initiatives tied to the rollout of Total Service Cloud (TSC). This role focuses on consistent follow-up, campaign support, CRM management, and coordination of outreach efforts to drive customer engagement, event participation, and overall adoption of TSC.
The Total Service business unit supports a large base of customers across the elevator and service industry, providing software solutions that manage operations, service, and field activity. As the organization transitions customers from on-premise + RDP Cloud systems (TS10) to Total Service Cloud (TSC), the team is focused on driving adoption, improving customer experience, and scaling operations through cloud-based technology.
Role Overview
This role is execution-focused and plays a key part in supporting marketing and sales efforts during the TSC rollout. The Marketing Intern will help ensure consistent communication with customers, assist in campaign execution, maintain accurate data in Salesforce and ClickUp, and support events and webinars. The role is critical in creating structure, consistency, and follow-through across multiple initiatives, allowing the team to scale efficiently.
