Job Overview We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive the growth of performance marketing for World of Tanks Blitz, an online mobile shooter. Reports to Marketing Director, Mobile What will you do? Manage and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across major channels Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics Develop and execute testing strategies for creatives and targeting Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer or similar) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scaling strategies What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Applovin) Solid understanding of mobile marketing metrics and attribution Experience working with AppsFlyer or similar attribution tools Upper-intermediate English or higher What additional skills will help you stand out? Experience in mobile gaming Experience building and scaling creative testing pipelines Understanding of ASO and/or retargeting Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong ownership and accountability for results Clear communication and collaboration skills Work mode Hybrid (3 days of work from the office) This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
