How you`ll make an impact Identify, qualify, and close digitalisation and transformation projects in the six- to seven-digit range Build a solid sales pipeline within the first 6 months across utilities, grid operators, and energy service providers Challenge clients with industry insights and data-driven perspectives that question existing assumptions Involve Zühlke colleagues when needed - for deep technical expertise, industry references, or critical deal moments Build strong C-level relationships based on substance, not just relationship management What`s important to us Proven track record in selling complex consulting, technology, or digitalisation programs in the energy sector, with concrete deal references Completed university degree, ideally in a technical or business-related field (ETH, University or FH) Strong and active network in the Swiss energy market Experience closing large mandates with long sales cycles (6-12 months) High level of self-motivation and ability to deliver results with minimal management overhead Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills Understanding of topics such as smart grids, grid planning, critical infrastructure regulation, sector coupling, or energy trading
