ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python), experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Leads the creation of high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, performance, and integration with existing systems. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices. Works closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective software architectures. Oversees the development process to ensure that the software meets prescribed architectural patterns, security standards, and quality benchmarks. Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on existing and future systems; make recommendations for technology adoption. Prepares and maintains comprehensive architectural documents, including system diagrams, design specifications, and technical plans. Addresses technical challenges, redesign architectures to resolve issues, and optimize systems for better performance and scalability. Advocates for continuous improvement of software architecture processes, methodologies, and tools used by the development team. Proficient in multiple programming languages, cloud platforms, databases, and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures). Strong analytical skills with the ability to thoroughly evaluate and address complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
