At Dexcom, our Market Access team is focused on expanding our impact and driving growth. We're seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Senior Market Access Manager for Eastern Europe Region ("the Region") to lead innovative strategies that align with our core values and ambitious growth objectives. This role can be based remotely in Spain (Barcelona) or Slovenia. Relocation support may be available, where legally applicable, for candidates who already have the right to work within the EU and who wish to relocate to a country where Dexcom has an established office, with Spain being a potential option. To be successful in this role, you will be fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian or Turkish. Where you come in: Work in full collaboration with local partners/distributors to expand access to our therapies in the countries of Eastern Europe Region Develop and implement strategy and plan for CGM reimbursement expansion to new indications in the Region in collaboration with EMEA Market access and local partner Develop strategies to engage with clinical- and patient association to further reimbursement expansion Drive implementation of value tools from EMEA MA team, and identify opportunities to strengthen local value story/develop new tools through data generation and partnerships with external stakeholders Lead strategies for shaping the tender landscape Establish the opportunity for local sales team to execute switch business based on perceived value of rt-CGM. Create and execute plans to secure market access and drive CGM funding by working with local and national payers and procurement across Eastern Europe Countries Help support and drive increase the Dexcom market share in the Region enabling to hit national revenue and funded new patient targets in line with company expectations utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture Maximise strategic partnership with other companies to maximize sales for standalone product What makes you successful: Proven ability to work in a matrix Successful management of vendors/consultants In-depth understanding of the Medical Devices Market Access landscape/Secondary & Primary care pathways (clinical & funding) Understanding and experience of the Eastern Europe policy environment and processes Understanding of health economic concepts, and experience in using health economic messaging and tools Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success Sound experience of analyzing data including health economic and clinical data - collates, organizes and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information to manage a region Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS
