Wrap pallets and apply identification tags per customer specifications while performing final quality control checks
Box inventory rolls and skids from rewind operations, ensuring proper handling and storage
Operate core cutter efficiently, optimizing configurations and minimizing waste
Maintain T-CART's and conveyor lines for continuous slitting operations
Utilize PRISM/MRP systems for pallet tracking, job checkout, and data entry
Create and apply finished goods labels and file job jackets for Finishing Department
Operate forklifts and mobile equipment safely, including completing required safety checks
Perform regular equipment maintenance checks, including battery inspections and hoist mo nitoring
Maintain accurate wrapping supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
Complete daily safety and 5S audit logs according to company procedures
Maintain department cleanliness through 5S Standards and cleaning checklists
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while performing daily tasks
Education & Experience :
Experien c e in manufacturing environment a plus

Physical Demands: The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not l imited to:
Must be able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Standing/walking for extended periods ( 8-12 hour shifts)
Frequent bending, twisting, stooping and reaching
Ability to push/pull heavy objects
Manual dexterity for operating equipment
Work in various temperature conditions
Exposure to normal warehouse environment
Regular exposure to moving machinery
Use of ladders and other equipment
Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jacks

May require nights, weekends, and holidays .
Additional $2.50 premium for NIGHT Shift only between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and proper preparation for storage and shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency standards in the production environment. Direction comes from the Shift Supervisor. This will be a 3/2 rotating night shift schedule from 7pm-7am: Sun/Wed/Thurs; Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat.
