At least two years progressive warehouse experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
Must possess strong leadership, positive attitude, interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to problem solve and analyze data/information.
Willingness to accept responsibility and work closely with management a must.
Demonstrated record of developing and implementing suggestions as well as regular use of other TOS tools.
Demonstrated record of superior work performance and will be expected to work closely with management.
In-depth knowledge of Paragon/DView or demonstrated ability to learn the system.
Dedicated to learning lean/continuous improvement concepts and applying them to the day-to-day operation.
