Oversee customer contact and positioning, teaming strategies, and collaboration with internal account management teams.
Drive growth by expanding capabilities in c loud- n ative a pplication d evelopment, p latform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and digital experience .
Ensure strategic alignment with evolving federal agency needs and acquisition trends.
Manage the capture process from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development and award.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in capture management.
Proven track record of winning single-award task orders/contracts of $ 75 M+.
5+ years of experience working across the full capture lifecycle, including expertise in price -to-win strategies.
3+ years of experience in bidding capabilities in c loud- n ative a pplication d evelopment, p latform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and digital experience .
Strong background in executing both traditional Shipley-based capture processes and leading abbreviated capture to secure bids related to emerging government priorities .
Experience supporting both the Department of War ( DoW ) and Federal Civilian agencie s .
Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and effective RFP shaping strategies.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree required .
