Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary office or similar customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position.
40 hours a week, rotating weekends
Time will be split: Floor/Admin
Oversee the daily administrative functions of the veterinary office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workflow.
Supervise, train, and mentor reception staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
Ensure that the office environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and veterinary materials, placing orders as necessary.
Manage office scheduling, including coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure appropriate coverage for appointments and surgeries.
Handle staff scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor laws.
Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep all team members informed about clinic operations and changes.
*This position will oversee operations for both the Bedford and Lowell locations.
