- Minimum of four (4) years of clinical occupational therapy experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in a teaching hospital or academic medical center
- Demonstrated area of clinical expertise through advanced professional experience and/or additional certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
