We are looking for a Director, Delivery Management, to lead a team of Delivery Managers and build a high‑performing delivery culture that delivers at pace, with clarity, and accountability. This role develops delivery leaders capable of owning key strategic initiatives end‑to‑end, executing through ambiguity, and partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, and key stakeholder groups to deliver on the company strategy within a product‑based organization. You will have autonomy to shape delivery at scale, with full end‑to‑end delivery ownership for a portfolio of 100+ developers and a multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar P&L across a market‑leading product suite, balancing modern product development practices with outcome‑focused execution. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Minimum 10 years of experience across the SDLC, including at least 7 years in leading Delivery, Program, or Project Management roles with responsibility for complex, multi‑team or portfolio‑level initiatives within a technology‑driven environment. Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing delivery management teams embedded within engineering organizations, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English It would be great if you also had. . . Proven experience operating at a portfolio and leadership team level, with regular engagement and influence at Senior Director, VP, and executive levels. Portfolio and/or Project Management related certifications (e.g., PMI, Scaled Agile frameworks, PRINCE2). Extensive experience leading and overseeing a portfolio of multiple concurrent initiatives in a product‑centric environment. What will you be doing in this role? Build and sustain a high‑performing, accountable delivery culture focused on execution speed, clear ownership, and predictable outcomes, embedding delivery accountability and ownership deeply within the organization. Own the delivery strategy and operating model for the portfolio, including execution standards, influencing and evolving internal SDLC and delivery processes and driving continuous improvement aligned to organizational and product priorities. Serve as a core member of the portfolio leadership team with direct ownership and active engagement in execution, partnering with Product and Technology leadership to shape organizational priorities and translate them into concrete delivery outcomes. Drive portfolio‑level execution discipline, maintaining clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery health, with defined actions and escalation paths. Regularly engage and partner with senior‑level stakeholders (Senior Director, VP, SVP), building trusted relationships and ensuring timely, transparent communication on delivery topics. Provide leadership for Scaled Agile execution across the portfolio, ensuring alignment between product strategy, team-level delivery, and cross-team dependencies. Drive cross‑portfolio consistency and collaboration by establishing and reinforcing shared delivery and SDLC frameworks. Define and communicate the structure for department‑level strategic initiatives.
