C.H. Robinson is looking for a Receptionist in Bogotá. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our office, playing a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and inclusive environment that supports daily operations and enhances the employee and visitor experience.
You will manage front desk activities, coordinate communications, and support administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Your work will directly impact team efficiency and help reinforce a professional and inclusive workplace culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
Greet visitors warmly, ensure they sign in and out, make them feel comfortable
Answer general inquiries about the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception and lobby area
Keep water, coffee, and other lobby supplies stocked and refreshed
Order and manage office and lobby supplies as needed
Assist with meeting room and lunch setups when requested
Update and maintain policy and procedure documentation
Maintain continuity across teams by documenting and communicating updated processes or procedures
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
Assist and back up the mailroom as needed, including coverage for PTO (sorting invoices, mail, and related tasks)
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
