Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity: You will lead student recruitment activities for Science , inspiring high-potential students to study at Melbourne. You will plan and deliver targeted campaigns, events and personalised support that convert interest into enrolments. You will collaborate with colleagues, agents and academics to grow diverse, high-quality domestic and international cohorts. What you will deliver: Support the Recruitment Manager to implement, monitor and refine Science recruitment and admissions plans against KPIs. Plan and deliver recruitment campaigns, events and outreach, both onshore and offshore, to drive quality applications. Provide timely , discipline-specific advice and high-quality service to prospective students, families, agents and partners. Represent the University and Faculty of Science at schools, fairs and online engagements in Australia and overseas. Analyse enquiry trends, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems. You may be a great fit if you: Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and experience in recruitment, marketing or student services. Demonstrate proactive student recruitment experience within tertiary education or another large, complex service organisation. Coordinate recruitment events and outreach activities, managing planning, logistics , stakeholder liaison and post-event follow-up. Deliver high-quality customer service in fast-paced, front-line environments with competing deadlines and priorities. Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including prospective students, families, agents and academic staff. Use CRM or student systems confidently, and adopt new technologies to support recruitment, reporting and follow-up. What we offer you!
