At least 2-5 years' relevant experience within the financial services industry
Diploma or above.
Experience in product development or marketing within fund management industry would be a plus
Working knowledge of business desktop applications (Morningstar, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook). Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded.

Main Responsibilities
Develop relationships, initiate opportunities: Quickly learn and understand the company's product offerings, and as able, independently schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Assisting with Pitch Materials : Coordination of presentation and marketing materials to assist with the sales process.
Database Management : Assist sales team with client database updates in Salesforce.
Sales Reporting: Assist with production of sales reporting as requested by management.
Project Management of RFP Process: Assist in the oversight of the RFP process, work across the sales, RFP and investment functions to ensure timely and client-focused end-product is delivered to the prospect and client within established time frames.
Manage client inbox and incoming calls : Interact with clients by phone and email to assist and resolve queries in support of both wholesale and institutional businesses.
Liaison with External Parties: Regular communication with fund custodian and Responsible Entity to assist with incoming requests from clients.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and conference calls in multiple time zones.
