Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience AND minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, go-to market and/or sales enablement
3+ years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem, ideally across learning and development, talent marketplaces, HCM platforms, LMS providers, or enterprise content platforms
Developed B2B pitch decks that translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value.
Led multi-product launch programs in an enterprise technology environment with cross-functional coordination.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives to effectively present ideas
Knack for visual communication, able to bring a compelling story to life in slides, being nimble and self-sufficient with deck design, etc.
