The individual chosen to fill this position will become an integral part of the DOTI leadership team by directing all strategic and operational areas of ROWE.Specifically, as the Right of Way Enforcement Manager, you will:Implement operational plans, strategic initiatives, and team goals to meet established performance expectations.Maintain and apply the division's procedures, workflows, and operational standards to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.Provide thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance to internal partners, external stakeholders, and community members on enforcement operations and related programs.Apply and enforce policies, programs, and operating procedures within assigned areas, monitor operating costs, and help ensure budget compliance.Oversee and guide the implementation and daily operations of the new First Level Review program to ensure consistent, fair, and efficient case handling.Coach, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a supportive team environment and encouraging continuous improvement in daily operations.Set clear goals and expectations for team members, deliver performance feedback, and conduct formal evaluations to support professional growth.Encourage and implement process improvements and innovative ideas that enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer and community experience.Dental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offEquity / stock options
