If you like what we're saying, keep reading WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers. High-quality, performing, secure, and cost-effective software is at the core of what we do. ADC Platform & Integration team is at the heart of every effective implementation of SimCorp Dimension. You will be working in an agile team of about 40 people, who enable SimCorp clients to handle their data portfolio end to end and integrate with all kinds of data sources and technologies to steer business operations. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Design, build, and deliver integration solutions for the SimCorp Dimension system based on client requirements, including the use of our custom integration tool (Communication Server) Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Mexico ADC Platform & Integration Team Gather, analyse, and document client technical requirements Collaborate closely with team members and cross‑functional teams Share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within the team and the wider organization Prepare test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Perform unit testing, document developed components, and present delivered solutions WHAT WE VALUE Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation projects related to systems integration, ideally within the FinTech sector Strong ability to collaborate closely with clients and project teams Experience in configuring systems based on specific client requirements Knowledge of integration technologies and standards such as IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, APIs, or comparable solutions Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT and other data‑transformation standards Knowledge of, or strong interest in, investment finance (e.g., financial instruments, capital markets) Experience integrating financial IT systems and familiarity with financial industry standards (e.g., SWIFT, Bloomberg) Excellent analytical skills, proactiveness, and a holistic approach to project delivery Strong communication skills and a good command of English Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
