Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, distributors, and industry partners
Support customer discussions on product performance, regulatory compliance, and new applications
Provide technical support through direct customer engagement, safety forums, and industry exhibitions
Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and industry safety groups, and support internal technical training for sales and commercial teams
Develop, adapt, and localize training materials for regional use
Regulatory, Certification & Technical Governance
Support regional and local (Korea) regulatory and product certification activities related to Personal Protective Equipment
Interface with internal regulatory and global technology teams
Support internal technical reviews related to marketing and commercial materials
Technical Data, Product & Project Support
Review, analyze, and interpret technical data generated internally or by external laboratories to support product positioning and customer communication
Develop and support product value propositions based on validated data and proven product performance
Lead or support regional product‑related projects, including technical evaluations
Support product launches and market conversions from a technical perspective
Travel
Local and regional travel required (approximately 30%)
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support, application development, R&D, or regulatory support
Experience in PPE, chemical protective clothing, or Health and Safety functions supporting chemical manufacturing operations preferred
Skills & Competencies
Customer‑oriented approach with the ability to work directly with customers and cross‑functional internal teams
Strong technical knowledge of personal protective equipment and relevant standards
Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to interpret test data and technical reports
Strong technical communication and presentation skills for customers and internal audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a regional, multicultural team environment, with openness to new tools, including AI‑enabled solutions
Language
Fluent in English and Korean
Japanese or Chinese is a plus

Role Overview
This role provides regional technical and application development support for the DuPont Tyvek® Garment business across Korea and East Asia, including Japan and Taiwan. It serves as the primary technical interface connecting customers, commercial teams, and global technology teams.
