Support SOX compliance testing, documentation, and issue tracking
Support process improvements and automation initiatives
Contribute to the design and global roll-out of finance policies and governance standards
Enhance internal controls across finance processes
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
Key skills & qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics (or equivalent: CPA, MBA, CIMA, ACCA, CIA).
Minimum 3+ years of experience with an emphasis on accounting and financial controlling (preferably within a large multinational company or the Big Four).
Highly proficient in MS office applications including Copilot & other AI tools
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of US GAAP , internal controls / SOX (preferred)
Fluent English; additional languages a plus
Ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Flexibility and growth mindset attitude are a must
