Our opportunity: The Sr. Analyst, People Operations, APAC will report to the Senior Manager, People Business Partner, APAC and provide end-to-end operational and administrative HR support across the region. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day people processes. The role will support the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and workplace management. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. The employment agreement for this role will be issued by an external third-party vendor. Your roles & responsibilities: Payroll & Benefits Administration Consolidate and track all monthly payroll changes across APAC to be submitted to 3rd party payroll provider Manage and validate employee reimbursement processes (child education, wellness) Verify accuracy and prepare payroll inputs Maintain reimbursement balances Assist in managing staff benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, etc. Improve tracking processes and tools HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Execute and maintain all people-related changes in Workday for assigned client groups Maintain accurate employee records, organize and clean HR filing systems Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on employee onboarding and offboarding processes Facilitate employee moves and (where applicable) relocation processes Provide guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable Manage employee relations for assigned client groups Workplace management for the APAC office HR Data, Reporting & Forecasting Maintain monthly People Compensation Latest Estimate (LE) Track headcount movements and people cost HR Programs & Cycle Support Support Talent Assessments, Calibration, Salary Review Prepare data, track timelines, coordinate stakeholders Employee Engagement & Events Plan and coordinate office events and celebrations Manage logistics and vendors Compliance & Administration Ensure accurate employment documentation for audit readiness Assist with work pass coordination Manage HR invoices and vendors Provide comprehensive administrative support required for the APAC workforce Process Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements Support ad-hoc HR projects or tasks as assigned Your skills & experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field 1-3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-stakeholder environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Workday experience preferred Knowledge of human resources fundamentals, including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment, labor laws, and basic people budgeting acumen Ability to handle confidential information with maturity Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals Prior experience in the Singapore and China market preferred Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
