Job Title: Chemotherapy Nurse Location: Exeter (regional travel required) Starting from £40,500 + Company car or car allowance (£4,887.50) + Benefits Hours of work: Permanent, full time Our client is seeking a registered Chemotherapy Nurse to join their ambitious team in Exeter. You will empower each patient by offering personalised treatment and support throughout their treatment journey. Working autonomously, you will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan, while sustaining professional standards. You will act as an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, offering quality nursing tailored to patients' needs. Seeing between 1-8 patients per day, you will record all clinical data and document any adverse drug events via the correct protocol. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will travel throughout a regional area, delivering specialist treatment and making a real difference in people's lives every day. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Administer a range of chemotherapy drugs - Record clinical data and document adverse drug events - Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders - Travel regionally to deliver specialist treatment - Maintain professional standards and patient-focused care Qualifications & Experience Required - Registered General Nurse, with an NMC pin - Qualified in administering Cytotoxic drugs - Cannulation - IV Therapies - PICC line management - Clinical Assessments
