About the role
The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for leading and developing strategic customer accounts within the electronic and automotive markets. Responsibilities Include: Account Management & Growth Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders Technical & Commercial Execution Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations Forecasting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data Monitor account performance and drive profitability Contribute to business reviews and strategic planning Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams Share customer insights to inform product and service improvements Support cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing Leadership & Influence Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements Contribute to segment-level strategy and capability development Momentive is a premier global advanced materials company with a cutting-edge focus on silicones and specialty products.
