Regional & Market Collaboration: Partner closely with regional marketing teams and in-market leads to align paid media and social media efforts with local business priorities, audience nuances, and regulatory requirements, while also coordinating with product management, R&D, and sales as needed.
Performance Analysis: Review and report on the performance of all paid media and social media channels to key stakeholders, including senior and market leadership.
Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships and performance with external agencies, ensuring they deliver on key objectives .
Market Insight: Serve as a key resource for market leaders, providing strategic guidance and ensuring paid media and social strategies are adapted to local market need
Our ideal candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in paid media and social media.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media and social media strategies at a global or multi-market scale.
Strong understanding of paid media channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic display) and major social media platforms, including content strategy, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
Direct, hands-on experience growing and maintaining corporate social media accounts, ideally within a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience managing large budgets and working with external agencies.
