About the role

Collaborate with the Superintendent and Assistant to conduct work assignments and oversees job performance when leading teams. Works closely with management teams to continue to grow experience for leading teams and involved with managerial tasks to become prepared for growth in assistant superintendent opportunities. Essential Functions: Oversees the completion of work assignments by golf maintenance staff. Enforces safe working conditions and safe work methods. Supervisors special projects. Manages improvement projects. Reports golf course conditions. Reviews and prepares routine, standardized reports and maintenance logs. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
