About the role
At NN RAS, we are building a modern and future-ready Finance Shared Service environment supporting international business operations. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Operations Intern who is interested in finance processes, eager to learn, and willing to grow with us long-term in a dynamic SSC environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international Operations while supporting accounting and operational finance activities in a collaborative global environment.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities, especially during the first half of each month
- Support daily Accounting Operations activities within a shared service environment
- Assist AP / Payment / accounting-related operational processes
- Help with reporting, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks
- Maintain accurate records and support process documentation
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives
- Work with ERP systems and internal finance tools
- Support ad hoc accounting operational activities when needed
Requirements
- Ongoing university or college studies in:
- o Finance
- o Accounting
- o Economics
- o Business Administration
- o or related field
- OR
- Previous internship/work experience in Finance, Accounting, SSC
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Availability to work at least 20 hours/week
- Higher availability during month-end closing periods is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in Accounting Operation
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is an advantage
- MS Excel knowledge is must have
