Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management. Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required. Support other departments when needed and contribute to overall hotel operations. Uphold grooming and presentation standards at all times. Perform any additional duties or special projects assigned by management. Demonstrate accountability and ownership within the workplace. Contribute to sustainability initiatives and responsible operational practices. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
