Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, advocacy, community development, or non-profit environments.
• Proven track record in donor engagement, partnership development, campaign management, and revenue generation initiatives.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and collaborating across multiple functions.

Oversee campaign execution, budgeting, and team performance to ensure outreach objectives and revenue targets are achieved effectively. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, government agencies, and supporters while managing sensitive communications and reputation-related matters.
