The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

The ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years in management roles.
Experience managing analytical or electrical test labs
Experience or familiarity with certifications like ISO 17025
Understanding of certifying bodies including UL, NVLAP. A2LA
Process Improvement Mindset
Experience providing executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and change communications
Experience managing or collaborating with senior technical experts

The Senior Manager, Chemistry & Materials and Product Performance Testing leads a global, multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and compliance of materials and products through advanced testing methodologies. You will be in an important position to lead innovation, quality assurance, and regulatory understanding across product development and manufacturing processes, while promoting collaboration across international sites and diverse technical disciplines.
