ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking an Electrical Compliance Engineer in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As an Electrical Compliance Engineer, you will work in our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the compliance and certification efforts for our industrial Hybrid Energy Systems, while actively assisting in the electrical and system design for our next-generation hybrid power generation systems. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge electrical engineering and stringent regulatory frameworks. You will ensure that our products-from custom high-voltage battery packs to hybrid power systems-are physically tested, validated, and architected for compliance from day one. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Electrical Systems Engineer. You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
