Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements.
Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team.
Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective.
Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Experiences:
At least 2 years of working experience, regardless of industry
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent
English language proficiency: TOEIC 860 or equivalent
Analytical skills are a plus , including experience in: Data analysis related to demand, backlog, or revenue trends
Demand forecasting or basic statistical analysis
Utilizing Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Translating data into actionable business insights
